Uttar Pradesh’s Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath has now officially joined the list of CMs providing bizarre solutions along with Biplab Deb.
The Chief Minister of Uttar Pradesh has provided a very unique and doltish solution to the very rising Macaque problem in Mathura.
“Recite Hanuman Chalisa and worship Lord Hanuman every day, monkeys will never bite or harm you”
Yogi Adityanath offered this peculiar solution to the people during his visit to Mathura.
He further continued and made the solution even more bizarre by adding,
“Believe me, monkeys will never bite or harm you after seeing you worshipping Lord Hanuman and reciting Hanuman Chalisa.”
After offering this solution to the crowd he shared a personal anecdote regarding his experience with monkeys and asked people to follow.
“I was working in office in Gorakhnath dham when a monkey came and jumped into my lap. I gave him a banana. It became a routine. (The) Monkey will come, sit in my lap and after getting a banana, would go away.”
“One day, a worker shouted on the monkey sitting on my lap. Next day, the monkey came and attacked the worker. When I admonished the monkey he climbed to a nearby tree” shared the Chief Minister Yogi Adityanth in his speech at Vrindavan.
The Chief Minister explained the crux of his tale by adding: “Don’t scare them away. If you love monkeys then they will also reciprocate and will never harm or bite you.”
Thankfully the Chief Minister added that he is aware of the monkey menace in the Vrindavan- Mathura area and claimed that he has already directed the Nagar Nigam to ensure that stray dogs and monkeys do not pose any threat to locals as well as visitors.
Yogi Adityanath also announced that he will be providing ten acres of land for the construction of a cremation ground for cows.
He further appealed to the people to donate Re 1 every day for Gau-Sewa and cow protection.
Let us hope that Yogi Adityanath does not come up with bizarre solutions for various other issues in Uttar Pradesh and give Biplab Dev a run for his money!
