Khirki village of Delhi has recently become a hub for cultural and traditional interaction. An area that is a ghetto for refugees from war-torn countries, transforms into one of celebration and joy.

Pop up restaurants by these refugee women have become a monthly feature of the area. They set up these restaurants at various venues like Bosco Center UNHRC, Kiran Nadar Museum of Art etc.

The food that is sold is vibrant and varied. It gives a glimpse of the culture of the countries that these women have come from.
