The dust has barely even settled on this year’s IPL 2021 auction and IPL fanatics and cricket experts around the world are already making their predictions on how this year’s IPL season will turn out. The big question is – can anyone seriously challenge a dominant Mumbai Indians?

A wide range of Indian betting sites have round the clock cricket coverage for those emphatic fans who are looking for the added extras when it comes to the IPL. Although following the annual mass movement and updated rosters of the IPL auction that is when the real odds really begin to take shape.

Indians going for three in a row

Five time champions Mumbai Indians are unsurprisingly looking as favourites after back to back victories in 2019 and 2020 competitions. Strong across the board, it’s hard to see where Mumbai could fall short, and that’s why many are now failing to doubt them after successive, impressive showings.

The reigning champions aren’t set on letting their lead slip either, with significant reinforcements coming in the shape of opener Chris Lynn and all-rounder Jimmy Neesham. Expect big things from Mumbai this year once again.

Another title would make it three in a row and that’s why many, including free IPL betting tips will no doubt favour them strongly match to match.

Sunrisers are being backed as outside favourite

Narrowly missing out to Delhi Capitals to claim a final showdown spot against Mumbai last time round, Sunrisers Hyderabad demonstrates exactly what they’re truly capable of.

Sunrisers are definitely an outsider to win IPL 2021 but a strong backbone to their side makes them a force to be reckoned with.

Retaining the majority of their side such as key men Kane Williamson, Jonny Bairstow and David Warner, as well as seamer Bhuvneshwar Kumar, experienced heads will likely be their best asset going forward.

Sunrisers are being backed as favourites with a number of cricket experts with their eyes glued to IPL preparations already looking at the Hyderabad side.

Big Spenders Bangalore in the top three

Followed by Mumbai Indians and Sunrisers Hyderabad, it’s actually Royal Challengers Bangalore who are being figured as one of the strongest outfits going into this year’s tournament.

There are no surprises also that finalists from last year Delhi Capitals are included, with a flurry of home grown Indian talent comprising their squad. Alongside Capitals are Bangalore who recently broke the bank at this year’s IPL auction.

Big things are expected from Bangalore with the array of big money talent on their books, but no surprises if they fall short once more.

Although cricket fans wait with baited breath as the final three ODIs between India and England will take place behind closed doors, the world’s most popular cricket tournament is still set to go ahead with a highly anticipated homecoming.

IPL 2021 is scheduled to get started on 9 April when top three favourites Mumbai Indians and Royal Challengers Bangalore will be hoping to bust out the crowds for a landmark homecoming.
