Move Over Cappuccino, There’s A More Loved Coffee Flavour In Town From Jack Daniel’s

-

First, let’s take a moment to appreciate this wonderful news. Alright, so the whisky giant has created a buzz all over the internet with the news of the launch of its signature Jack Daniel’s Tennessee Whiskey coffee flavour.

For those who are living under a rock, Jack Daniel’s is a type of whisky which is the largest selling American whisky in the world. I mean my 15-year-old sister knew about that.

There is no scarcity of coffee flavours in the world, but having one that tastes just like Jack Daniel’s whisky would purely standout from the league. After all, who wouldn’t love a bit of a spike in the strength of their favourite reinvigorating beverage! And not to mention, the brand sells by just its name. It’s going to attract a huge number of people who love coffee or Jack Daniel’s or both. WIN-WIN.

Brewing the idea

On Thursday, Jack Daniel’s officially announced a new line of coffee products in partnership with speciality roaster World of Coffee on their website.

Charlie Newman, president, owner and roastmaster of World of Coffee welcomed this union by saying, “We use the best tasting and highest quality coffees in the world and now add to that the authentic taste and aroma of Jack Daniel’s. We take a lot of care and pride in the coffee products we craft and Jack Daniel’s Coffee is no exception.”

Deciphering the whisky flavoured coffee

The line of coffee is named “Jack Daniel’s Tennessee Whiskey Coffee” and the flavour is 100% Arabica bean coffee that is then infused with Jack Daniel’s Old No. 7.

Fortunately for me and unfortunately for some, the only kind of buzz that you’ll be getting will be that from caffeine as the coffee is 100% non-alcoholic. But the exciting part is that you’ll be able to enjoy the aroma and authenticity of Jack Daniel’s whisky with the delish taste of coffee beans.

Getting hands on the coffee

Jack Daniel’s flavoured coffee can be bought through their online store at the website jackdaniels.com.

The cost of a 250g tin of this whisky flavoured coffee is $21.95 (INR 1495.35) and the cost of a 42g bag is $6.95 (INR 473.47). So that just means that shelling out a hefty 500 bucks would get you only five rounds of this whisky flavoured coffee.

But its COFFEEE! And one that is infused with whisky! I can’t wait to get my hands on it. Who knows, may be they fulfil my dream of a vodka flavoured coffee too!
