If you think you know how to party, think again. These cancer kids could give you a run for your money and teach you how to live your life. Mind you, they aren’t your average kid.

All these kids are little heroes.

They have been braving chemotherapy and blood transfusions for about as long as they can recall.

The Hematology Department of Nil Ratan Sircar Medical College along with KHERI, an NGO gifted an evening of fun and frolic to these leukemia and thalassemia patients children at Rabindra Sadan, Kolkata where these kids danced, sang, and acted their hearts out.

Meet Reshma, the prettiest butterfly ever.

Hey, Anybody Can Dance. These children who’ve been born with thalassemia sure can. Don’t they make one inspiring troupe, eh?

The lamp lighting ceremony. Everybody, including the naughtiest kid, is trying to be really serious.

The participants. Some members are missing though. They grew really impatient and ran off to play with more ‘important’ things.
