Allahabad or I should say, Prayagraj isn’t known for its aesthetics. However, thanks to Kumbh, the city of Prayagraj is now one of India’s most aesthetic cities, as it was transformed into a ‘Street Art City’ by hundreds of artists.

The transformation did not happen overnight. It took months of planning and hard work to execute.

The organizing committee of the famous Kumbh Mela contacted numerous art agencies to paint the streets of Prayagraj with colorful murals and graffitis.

The campaign, called ‘Paint My City’, took over the streets of the city and within a few months, the city’s streets became the centre of attention.

With millions of people visiting the city at the time of Kumbh to take a dip in the holy water, the campaign is getting a lot of recognition and appreciation.
