The Greta Thunberg and Andrew Tate online battle has taken over the internet in a way unlike any. A back-and-forth between the 19-year-old climate activist and 36-year-old former kickboxer has been one of the most entertaining and hilarious exchanges that seems like a good way to end the year.
Thunberg’s epic response to Tate’s initial tweet where he mocked her and her activism while boasting about his many cars had already taken social media by storm. Many called it the most savage reply to a butthurt man who had nothing better to do.
But that was not the end of it, Tate further on released a response video to Thunberg’s tweet and what happened next no one could have really predicted.
The Andrew Tate-Greta Thunberg Online Battle
The whole saga started when Andrew Tate tagged Greta Thunberg in a tweet made on December 27th and wrote “Hello @GretaThunberg. I have 33 cars. My Bugatti has a w16 8.0L quad turbo. My TWO Ferrari 812 competizione have 6.5L v12s. This is just the start. Please provide your email address so I can send a complete list of my car collection and their respective enormous emissions.”
This was a very direct dig at the Swedish environmental activist’s work towards climate change, reducing carbon footprint and calling out world leaders on this complacency about environmental degradation.
To Tate’s tweet, Thunberg responded on December 28 that “yes, please do enlighten me. email me at smalldickenergy@getalife.com.”
The response went crazy viral, currently having 3.3 million likes and eventually sending Tate to have a meltdown and go on a spree of liking and retweeting insults to Thunberg and then eventually making a response video.

Andrew Tate, Arrest and A Pizza Box?
On December 29th, Andrew Tate released a video writing that “Thank you for confirming via your email address that you have a small penis @GretaThunberg The world was curious. And I do agree you should get a life”.

However, no one could have predicted that the next news in regard to this would be that Tate had been arrested by Romanian authorities.
Tate and his brother Tristan Tate were arrested by the Romania by anti-terrorism authorities on the allegation that they had “organized crime group that exploits girls for adult videos” as per Libertatea a Romanian newspaper. They are both under investigation for human trafficking and rape and will be questioned at the DIICOT (Directorate for Investigating Organized Crime and Terrorism).
While the DIICOT had confirmed about the raid, the fact that the brothers were arrested was confirmed by their lawyer to Reuters.
The speculation going around is that the thing that tipped off the authorities was something seen in Tate’s response video to Thunberg. Apparently he ordered pizza and placed it on the table, letting everyone see the name and brand from where it was ordered. Turned out it was a popular Romanian pizza chain called ‘Jerry’s Pizza’ and it was this that is reportedly said to have alerted the authorities that Tate was in the region.
