Deepika Padukone and Ranveer Singh were recently caught on a video while enjoying some kind of vacation/off time in the US.
But afterwards, a user called Zainab Khan commented on the Instagram post of this video that, “I was the one who was attacked. I made this video! Such disrespectful actors! They lost a fan and their self-respect.”
This started up a whirlwind of comments and reaction from fans and the general people alike, many of whom surprisingly bashed Deepika and even Ranveer and called them selfish and arrogant.
However, if we take a closer look at the events and what all happened, can it truly be confirmed that Deepika really attacked a fan or was the person taking the video in the first place who is wrong?
What Really Happened?
Deepika and Ranveer were apparently in Florida in Disneyland, when this video was taken, away on some undeclared getaway.
But since the paparazzi caught them anyways, most people knew that they were in the Americas.
Over there, as can be seen in the video, the duo are at the Disneyland and just enjoying a small vacation and relax. But then, 2 videos came out on the Instagram handle ‘magicaldeepikapadukone’, one where the actress can be seen approaching the one recording and another one that people seem to be missing out on.

When the 2nd video was put out, Zainab Khan posted a comment on it, declaring that she was the one who took the video and accused Deepika of not only disrespecting her, but also attacking and shouting at her.
Now, that is not really a stretch or something that shocking since Bollywood stars are pretty much bound to get rude or attacking with people of the media, however, them doing so with a fan is much unheard of.
But the part where this girl’s story gets a little sketchy is when a commenter called ‘@asianmodelss’ asked Zainab to show the full video where Deepika got rude with her and the latter simply said that, “Just look at their face! They harassed me, I didn’t have time to continue the video!”

Does That User Even Have Any Ground To Talk?
It seems that a lot of people seem to be overlooking the first video, where it feels that it has been made by the same person.
Which could lead us to believe that the girl was just following the Bollywood stars around without their knowledge and recording them in very private moments. Moments that she does not really have the right to intrude and reveal to the general public.
And second, the missing full video of the actual confrontation or any kind of support or backing she could have gotten from any friend or witness there just puts more question marks on the legitimacy of her claim.
Third of all, it is really shocking how many people are bashing Deepika and Ranveer for ‘allegedly’ attacking their fan when they themselves don’t have any proof of it besides some random person going off and saying they attacked and talked rudely to her.
I would like to ask Zainab how she would feel if someone started to record her while she was just out shopping or with her friends or doing practically anything mundane and then put out on the social media for the entire world to see.
The mentality that ‘starts asked for this’ or that ‘this is something they signed up for’ really needs to go since it is allowing fans to validate themselves when they do such things that clearly violate someone’s privacy. And just because they are a celebrity, does not mean that they are signing away their private life and have no right over it.
