There are various cases pending in front of the Hon’ble Supreme Court of India which are of social, political and religious importance. The hearing of many of these cases is undertaken by CJI as the head of the bench.
Owing to the retirement of present Chief Justice of India on 2nd October 2018, it becomes important that decisions regarding all the cases should be heard by him and are declared within the month of September.
