The COVID-19 pandemic has upended the lives of millions across the world. It has changed the very face of the job market on the back of cost-cutting and restructuring measures.
These market conditions led to the ideation of AvaiLink( ) – a not for profit initiative, started by Lady Shri Ram College for Women Alumnae – Aditi Mishra, Anushruti and Esha Chandel. AvaiLink( ) works towards supporting ‘Available’ professionals and fresh graduates who have faced layoffs, salary cuts, or had job offers revoked by ‘linking’ them to the right hiring managers.
They are now hosting an online workshop for various industries by bringing relevant industry experts together to share helpful insights on how to upskill, strengthen CVs, and share the tips and tricks of the trade.
