The conclave allows the students to interact and engage with corporate leaders and pioneers who have seen the zenith of success through sheer hard work, grit, patience, and perseverance.
It is a two-day event structured for students to help them gain invaluable knowledge from the industry trailblazers as they share insights from their stellar experience and expertise.
It also hosts various competitions that enable students at SCMHRD to compete with some of the brightest minds from premier B-Schools all over India.

The Case Study Competitions are here to test the budding managers to deal with all sorts of live business problems in different domains that cover HR, Marketing, Finance, Operations, and Analytics.
These events have been floated on the Dare2Compete platform to allow the participants from every premier B-School of the country to come forward and crack the competition to the best of their ability.
This time, Yashasvi 2021 gratified its expectations with eight leadership talks and two panel discussions that was honored by the presence of eminent personalities.
The conclave has always been associated with prominent business leaders, and hereby the team behind the event are honored to take this legacy forward.
