Swimming in a big pool of content, being mindful is something that I often struggle with. ‘Mindfulness’ is defined as the art of being there in the present moment.

This means that one should one hundred be present in the now and not think of the future or the past.

No, Mindfulness does not mean to meditate twenty-four seven, it just means to engage fully with what one is doing in the present.

Engaging fully in the present has lots of benefits.

For the starters, it keeps one grounded.

It prevents the past/present from holding us back.

When we are not held prisoners by the past/future, we can fully experience everything in the present. In fact, it allows us to be our best selves.

After going through various resources on mindfulness, I have compiled 6 practices that personally helped me on my mindful journey.
