Maddie Logan is a country-pop singer/songwriter based in both Nashville and Los Angeles CA. From Musical theatre, to singing alongside a renowned Los Angeles orchestra, to solo appearances, Maddie has been performing most of her years. Early on, she demonstrated a prodigious talent for songwriting that caught the attention of music industry professionals in Los Angeles. Before long, 9 year old Maddie was in the studio recording her first original songs. At 13, Maddie’s penchant for songwriting and love of country music compelled her to begin the challenging task of establishing herself as a country artist in Nashville. Once there she immediately got busy, and was blessed to co-write with some amazingly talented songwriters that led to the recording of her two EP’s. In addition, her most recent singles, Little Toy Soldier, Boy With a Guitar, Stay Home and Ghost Town are now available on all streaming platforms.

Glaive is a Vocalist, songwriter and producer, triple-threats shouldn’t be so good at only fifteen years old, newcomer is an anomaly, in this respect. That said I was buzzing with excitement after listening to the teen’s debut EP “cypress grove.” I am not in the least surprised that this youngsters are starting to pick up coverage from the big music press outlets. Albeit that he is rather coy, with divulging any information about himself. Whether it is nonchalance or something another which is driving his desire for obscurity. glaive is more comfortable with revealing this blurb about himself, and us knowing he is the number one bossman, only. Glaive began making music at the beginning of the Covid-19 pandemic, releasing his first song on Soundcloud in April. Mystery and enigma surround glaive, not least why Interscope Records have swooped on him so early and rushed out the release of the “cypress grove” EP so expediently. They are obviously of the opinion they have signed-up the latest pop upstart. After listening to glaive’s gritty indie-pop tracks, I think those assumptions are both wise and prudent.

Black star kids Met as Juniors at Raytown South High School, BSK all came from different corners of the music landscape. They described there intersection and sound as a combination between two popular KC music collectives, Great.Wav (Deiondre and friends) and Drop Dead XX (TyFaizon, TheBabeGabe, and friends), with Great.Wav making more pop influenced records and Drop Dead XX being more hip hop focused. All groups, however, fall under the bright and ambitious BEDROOM RECORDS.

Maliibu Miitch wielding rhymes sharp enough for close-quarters combat, sporting an uncompromising attitude, and holding absolutely nothing back, the Bronx MC known as Maliibu Miitch is throwing down the gauntlet. Within seven years of first picking up a mic, she’s gone from battles on neighborhood corners to prompting Pitchfork to ponder, “Is Maliibu Miitch NYC’s best new rapper? My bars come from me venting. I’ve been through so much and seen so much that I just talk about it. It’s basically my point of view. I feel like our culture is getting diluted from a lot of fuck-shit. I want to bring it back to real rappers who write their own shit and keep trying no matter what obstacles they face.”

Andrew Jannakos grew up in a small-town neighborhood where barbecue parties and backyard soccer games were everyday events. Today, that sense of community translates to his nearly one million followers across Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok. Since Jannakos first teased his breakout single, “Gone Too Soon,” in a viral clip now viewed over ten million times, that the community is only getting stronger.

“It’s been so amazing seeing it all happen,” Jannakos says of his social and streaming success. “Especially when I first posted, being an independent artist at the time. One moment no one knows who you are, and then something goes viral. Then the numbers keep going up, and you realize it’s something more.” Many of Jannakos’ initial followers knew him for his illustrious run on season 16 of NBC’s The Voice, but it wasn’t until a year later, in July 2020, that his then-girlfriend (now wife) posted a video of him cooking dinner while singing along to “Gone Too Soon” to his TikTok and took his social stardom to new heights
