Delphique is MDI’s National Management Convention hosted every year. The name has been derived from the ‘Delphi’ method, which is used by experts for forecasting and decision making.
In its 21st year now, Delphique is India’s only B-school event which focuses on strong research in various domains of management.
Famously known as the red carpet event of MDI, Delphique is MDI’s National Management Convention hosted every year.
The convention brings together more than 70 corporate leaders from different management backgrounds and thus ensures an enriching learning experience for all involved.
The 22nd National Management Convention Conducted by MDI Gurgaon is the perfect platform for people from the Industry (knowledge partners and panelists), academia and the student community to interact and discuss their perspectives regarding various issues in different verticals of management.
The quality of research is ensured by domain-specialist faculty who provide mentor-ship to the students. A presentation by students followed by a discussion with the esteemed panellists helps students broaden their horizon of knowledge and learn from the knowledge and experience of the industry.

Research panel discussions facilitate experts from the industry, eminent faculty and the students to exchange ideas and critically evaluate various issues pertaining to several domains like Marketing, Finance, Operations, Analytics, Communications etc.
It has previously been associated with Ogilvy, Langham Capital, Equirus, Paypal, Godrej, BMW, etc.
Vincenza is the international business plan competition promoting the spirit of entrepreneurship among young startups guided by experts and interested investors. Some of the past associations have been The Indus Entrepreneurs, Fosun Capital etc.
Dialectic currently in its second iteration was started with the intent of promoting knowledge and is meant to provide different competing viewpoints to contemporary business topics.
Cerebro is the most vaunted case study competition and gives students a wonderful opportunity to work on real time solutions to business cases floated by companies. It has been associated with American Express two years in a row.
The annual journal is the written culmination of all that happens in Delphique with insights from industry stalwarts, opinion pieces by faculty and much more.
