From working as a manufacturer of amusement rides till 2012 to owning his own venture, Ravi has come a long way in his career.  After quitting his work, he started his business of steel trade called ‘Stalwart International Private Limited’. 

Stalwart is currently one of the most successful companies known for providing excellent services. What’s great is it will soon merge with a very big company who has been in the manufacturing of chemical and pharmaceutical equipment business for the past 40 years. Soon it will merge with another big company that has been in the business for 40 years.

The coronavirus pandemic has affected almost all the businesses world wide. However, Ravi Ganatra is doing well thanks to his fantastic business strategies. He is also helping many front line workers of COVID-19. 

About helping the COVID-19 warriors, Ravi Ganatra said, “Covid-19 frontline workers play a major role in preventing its spread. At an individual level, we have engaged in distribution of sanitation and protective equipment to Covid-19 frontline workers. Healthcare workers, police officers, municipal workers and many others; standing in the line of duty, those working on the COVID-19 frontline have risked not only their lives, but their family members.”

During the pandemic, how is Ravi Ganatra managing his business? He revealed, “The strategy for pandemic is clearly to be conservative with expenses and investments, while ensuring no salary pay-cuts or layoffs. We strongly believe that the country will emerge well in no time and that the economic slowdown is only temporary.”
