The Cincinnati Kid stars Steve McQueen in the leading role. The movie recounts the story of a character named Eric “The Kid” stoner who is a young poker player looking to create a big name for himself in the game. 4- Rounders (1998)

Rounders is about the underground world of high-stakes poker which was first released in 1998. The movie is directed by John Dahl and it features Matt Damon and Edward Norton in the main roles. Damon has portrayed the character of Mike McDermott who is a gifted poker player. The main character loses a huge sum at an underground Texas hold’em game and promises to quit it.
