Prince Harry’s memoir called ‘Spare’ had been making the news since before its release even. Harry’s shocking and frankly intriguing interviews and the things he revealed in those were more than enough to generate a strong buzz around what more truth bombs the younger prince would be dropping on his royal family.
The name of the book comes from the unofficial title that Prince Harry had, being the sixth in line for the throne after Prince William and a few others was considered a ‘spare’ or secondary heir to his older brother. Published by Penguin Random on Wednesday, the first-day sales of the Duke of Sussex’s memoir itself reached over 1.4 million copies.
