Sajid Khan is not a name you see around that often these days. Once quite a known personality in the Hindi film sector, mainly for his comedy movies, his involvement in the 2018 #MeToo Movement ruined any goodwill he had.
Although he is back on the screen, having since appeared in reality shows like BiggBoss and even given interviews of the consequences he had to face after the fallout due to the accusations, that he still has some career and support in the industry and even with the general public just shows how the movement couldn’t succeed to its full extent.
In recent news, though, he is back in the spotlight after a television actress came out with new accusations about him and how he sexually harassed her.
What Did The Actress Claim?
Navina Bole, a TV actress who has made appearances in shows like Miley Jab Hum Tum, Ishqbaaaz, Taarak Mehta Ka Ooltah Chashma, and Yeh Hai Mohabbatein, to name a few, has spoken about a harrowing encounter she had with filmmaker Sajid Khan in 2004 or 2006 after she had participated in Gladrags.
Bole, while sitting for an interview with Subhojit Ghosh on his YouTube channel said that “There was a terrible, terrible man who I would never want to meet in my life called Sajid Khan, he came after so many of us after Gladrags and he just really pushed the envelope when it came to disrespecting women.”
She claims Sajid Khan had called her to his house to discuss a project. But once she got there, during the conversation, he asked her to take off her clothes and sit in her undergarments. According to Bole, Khan justified this as wanting to see how comfortable she was in her body.

As per Navina, this was around the time when he was working on his film Heyy Babyy. She said, “You know, I was really excited when he called me and then he said, ‘Why don’t you just get off your clothes and sit in your lingerie? I need to see how comfortable you are in your body.’ I am talking about 2004 and 2006 when I did Gladrags.”
The actress explained what happened next: “Thankfully, I had someone waiting for me downstairs. I did not know how to reply, and he (Sajid Khan) said, ‘Why, you wore a bikini on stage, so what is the problem, it’s all ‘Ti*s and a*s’ in his language. You can just come and sit here comfortably, be yourself.’ I did not know what to say, I said, ‘Listen I really need to go home and get into a bikini if that is what you really want to see but I cannot be sitting here and strip right now’.”
Bole also said that she felt relieved that someone was waiting for her downstairs during this whole interaction.
She then added, “Somehow I managed to get out of that place. He must have called me, not exaggerating, at least 50 times to ask where I have reached and why I was not coming.”
