Be it Cannes film festival or a movie promotion tour, there is never a dull moment in the Bollywood Fashion scene. By now they all know what difference style can make and what a disaster it can be too if it went wrong. But, they never fail to impress us whatsoever.
2013 has undisputedly been a year where our stars have taught us that a little experiment and risk is good and yes, we are not complaining!!
SONAM KAPOOR
The always impeccable- Sonam Kapoor, is a Bollywood actress with an extremely classy, versatile and unusual style of dressing. This Indian beauty didn’t do anything wrong in our book this year. She has developed an extraordinary style of dressing since her ‘Cher Horowitz’ inspired character in ‘Aisha’. This Glam Diva knows Fashion. Her flawless looks at the Cannes film festival placed her in the list of best dressed. She graced the covers of over a 100 magazines and stole hearts at various other events.
With every big label adorning her with their best creations, she added her own element of style which led to the creation of a custom shoe by Salvatore Ferragamo JUST for her.

She also bagged “Beauty of the Year” award at the Vogue Beauty Awards 2013.She is our style icon this year and I’m sure our readers would agree too. She taught us if we really have got an original style, there’s nothing wrong to flaunt it.
DEEPIKA PADUKONE
Deepika Padukone, The new Golden Girl of B’town has already made a million more fans after her super hit movies this year. Besides being the MOST successful actress this year, this beautiful lady has been the most fashionable woman in film industry. Be it on-screen or off-screen, she didn’t look any less ravishing. Adorned in sexy sarees and lehengas in Yeh Jawani Hai Deewani to jaw dropping traditional attires in Ram-Leela, she left no stone unturned to steal our hearts. And she did!!
Deepika was mostly seen dressed in ivory shades this year, making appearances in traditional attires by Sabyasachi, Anamika Khanna , Pankaj & Nidhi , Naeem Khan etc. Her statuesque frame and sharp features compliment all her looks. She just didn’t seem to go wrong with whatever she chose. She has been a designer’s delight.
She taught us how to look smoking hot in traditional as well as western this year.
AISHWARYA RAI BACHCHAN
The ever-so-beautiful Aishwarya Rai Bachchan, looked breathtaking at all the appearances she made in 2013. Considering the changes after the birth of her adorable baby girl, she STILL made jaws drop at the Cannes Film festival this year. This is one super star that can never disappoint the fashion police. As always she made heads turn in a stunning black Sabyasachi Saree and also in Ellie Saab at the Cannes Film Festival 2013 red carpet.
She taught us that having a child affects your body but in a beautiful way.
MADHURI DIXIT
Well, one Indian Diva or the dream girl of every Indian man, our very own Madhuri Dixit rose back to fame this year and with a BANG!! She made us look with awe at her splendid beauty and also we all drooled over her to-die-for smile. The jhatka’s of her song from yjhd, Jhalak dikhla ja’s 2013 season’s attires etc… She didn’t fail anywhere to make us love her even more. She’s an example of “Beauty Knows No Age”.
She taught us that real beauty never fades.
KANGANA RANAUT
This actress claimed that it is very important for her to have a unique style that stands out and defines her beauty. Yes I am talking about The very sensational Kangna Ranaut, even Aamir Khan agrees! She’s the current queen of sex appeal in B’town. She has a very classy approach to all her dresses and she proved that in every appearance she made this year.
She taught us that being from a stall town has nothing to do with how you dress or how you can grow in a beautiful woman.
Quite a shock for me that our Chikni Chameli aka Katrina Kaif didn’t reach the top of our best dressed list this year. But so didn’t Anushka Sharma, Kareena Kapoor, Priyanka Chopra etc. These beauties did look ravishing but didn’t quite catch our eye this time.
They taught us that only one can be at the top but you shouldn’t keep yourself from shining as bright as you can.
