December 17: For Delhi-based luxury design firm Design Concept Next, luxury is an incarnation of grace; luxury that is modern and sophisticated yet elegant. And their latest residential project at DLF Capital Greens perfectly showcases this with grace.
Located at DLF Capital Greens, Moti Nagar, the project is a spacious 3-bedroom apartment spanning 3,000 sq. ft. The project uses a diverse palette of materials and textures, sported by high-end amenities.
Stylish and luxurious, the interiors border on minimal elegance setting off the theme of the house. Sparkling with symmetric elements and patterns, the apartment has a divided dark and light theme spread across the entire space. Among the many materials, marble and veneer have been extensively used, making the space luxurious.
One of the largest spaces in the house is the living area, which has mostly bright neutral hues. Muted colours like Beigish and Belgium black stone are complemented by striking floor patterns. A duo of statement chandeliers, hanging off the ceiling, adds a bit of edge to the contemporary space, while a TV unit brings a pop of black stone.
Canvassing the materials, Mrs. Ranjit Kaur (owner- Concept Next) added, “We use a wide range of materials — an array of fine quality marbles, wood veneers, stones, metallic accents. The same stone has been throughout the apartment for flooring, while the bathrooms have been designed using different tones and themes of stones.”
