After the success of Lean In India Summit’s first edition in New Delhi, they bring to you the second edition of the Lean In India Summit in Mumbai this December! The one-day event will comprise of speaker sessions, a panel discussion, networking session to give you a flavor of Lean In India. The team at Lean In India love the idea of providing a guiding light to our women and now they have come up with the perfect set of opportunity for you to take your career to the next level.

Lean In India is the official national chapter for Lean In, a nonprofit founded by Facebook COO Sheryl Sandberg to empower all women to achieve their ambitions. Their aim is to connect women and build opportunities for them. Lean In India commits to offering women the inspiration and support to help them achieve their goals. With their plethora of campaigns, video series, events, and collaborations, they aim to encourage women to pursue their ambitions and changing the conversations from what you can’t do to what you can do. 

The itinerary for the Lean In India Summit, Mumbai Edition, scheduled for the 9th of December 2017 at 91 Springboards, Andheri East is:

The whole idea behind his company that he co-founded with his batch-mates, was the vision of creating opportunities for people. And as a tech-based Manpower Outsourcing company, they have done pioneering work in Market Acquisition, Recruitment and Training Services and have worked with major companies like Ford, General Motors, Maruti Suzuki, UBM, Messe, and thriving start-ups like Uber, Quikr, Tripda, UrbanClap, Swajal, and GMAS.

4. Avani Parekh:

Director of Empathy, Sheroes

As a founder of various entrepreneurial ventures, Avani Parekh has managed to create several online communities for women; exclusive spaces where they come together and ask questions, discuss issues and solve problems for each other. She is currently the Director of Empathy at SHEROES, a website/ forum that helps women connect with opportunities to improve their work, life, and bank balance.

After the speaker session, there will be a panel discussion on “Inclusion of Diversity in the mainstream corporate to ensure equality: Need and the brainstorming for solutions”.
