There are certain situations in life we’ve all been through, and those situations drag us down to the lowest we’ve ever been.

How does one handle such situations? Are you always able to handle such situations very well?

Believe me, I know how it feels to be frustrated, and I know it’s not possible to handle all upsetting situations each and every time they come your way.

But I want to share with you a few things I do, to mentally strengthen myself. The pain won’t go, but these techniques/ways help me handle the situation better, and not take decisions I’d regret later.
