The war between Russia and Ukraine just completed a year this 24th February 2023, a fact that is extremely alarming and disturbing.
This is something no one thought would happen, as even the average people thought the conflict would come to an end in just a matter of few months at best, but the fact that it has been going on for a year with no end in sight is very terrifying.
Now, recent comments of Ukraine’s President Volodymyr Zelensky have come out where he talked about what will cause the fall of Russian President Vladimir Putin in a documentary film.
What Did Zelensky Say?
In a documentary film called ‘Year’ probably commenting on the year long war between Russia and Ukraine, Volodymyr Zelensky the president of Ukraine talked about how Russian President Vladimir Putin will be brought down by his own inner circle.
As per reports by Newsweek Zelensky said that ”There will definitely be a moment when the fragility of Putin’s regime will be felt inside Russia. And then the predators will devour a predator. They will find a reason to kill a killer.
They will recall the words of Komarov, of Zelenskyy…They will remember. They will find a reason to kill the killer. Will it work? Yes. When? I don’t know.”

The Ukrainian president believes that there will be a period of ‘fragility’ in Putin’s reign and this will result in his ‘inner circle’ revolting and eventually kill him.
No official reports, however, support that there is any dissent in Putin’s regime, however, a December 2022 The Washington Post report did apparently state something along the lines of how the Russian President’s closest allies were getting frustrated with him once videos came out of the soldiers who are fighting this war crying and complaining about their state.
On the other hand though Independent reportedly says otherwise and how it is very unlikely that Putin’s close circle would ever go against him let alone kill him considering their positions in the government are all because of him.
