Dr. Dimple Boro hails from Guwahati City, Assam, India. She is a dance lover, writer, co-compiler, compiler, co-author and author, who did her Ph.D in Agricultural Biotechnology from Assam Agricultural University.She did her M.Sc in Biotechnology from KIIT University,Bhubaneswar, Odisha and B. Sc in Biotechnology from Cotton College,Guwahati, Assam.She did her H. S in Science from Swadeshi Academy Junior College ,Guwahati and did Her schooling from Anand Academy High School, Guwahati. She is also a trained Bharatnatyam dancer as she did her Visharad degree in Bharatnatyam when she was in class-10th standard. Her nature- she is an easy-going person, jolly-type, friendly and a true-passionate about her life. She also loves her parents and a true-devotee of them. She believes in working hard with her full potential, dedication and devotion to her work to fulfill her dreams. She inspires others with her inspiring stories and she becomes an inspiration for her parents, her friends and her students. She has co-authored more than 25 anthologies and one more in the ongoing international anthology. Besides writing, she loves for photography and she has participated in the online photography competitions. Moreover, She has also participated in the online dance competitions and open mic competitions too. Besides this, she got a chance to become a finalist of Miss India Virtual Pageant 2021 by Mission Dreams.

– Received Higher Technical Education Fellowship during my B. Sc and M. Sc in Biotechnology course.
– got selected ( merit) for Biotech Industrial Training Programme 2013-2014 for Northeastern State students, sponsored by Dept. Of Biotech Govt. Of India.
– Received National Fellowship for higher education of ST students ( on merit basis) all over India to complete my Ph. D degree in Agricultural Biotechnology.
– Received Certificate of Participation from the Dance Workshop ” Tango Talkies”
– Participated in many dance competition and won prizes.
– Certificate of Excellence in Dance ( Bijyoya 2020)
– Received OMG Book of Records Certificate of Participation for being a co author in the anthology “Your Emotion our Motivation” Compiled by Ishani Agarwal and Atharv Avinash Pathak.
