Labour in organised sectors are denied any attention from the government. And that is a hard truth in India.

They put their sweat and blood to earn minimal wages which are not enough for supporting their families. There are lakhs of them unaware of their basic rights. Who will ensure their stoves will burn every day, that their children will get food every day, will it be the government or us?

Labours go unheard, working more than any of us but still getting paid least. They are happy in their ignorance, satisfied with whatever they have but that doesn’t stop them from dreaming and hoping for a better future for their children.
