Sorry, But Koffee With Karan Is Embarassing And Pointless

In 2004, Mr. Johar came up with the idea of the most quirky chat show of India: Koffee with Karan became the rain to our gossip-dry lives. Since then, Karan on his ‘kouch’ with the ‘koffee’ is all that is needed to brew some controversies. Our favorite stars took the liberty to talk their hearts out on the show but then it got a little too heavy to carry.

Gossip is what we love and a little tattling never hurt anyone, right?

Let us go down the memory lane and recall the golden moments of Koffee With Karan when our Bollywood hot-shots got all cheeky, cocky and controversial and it was all okay because hey! It’s just gossip right?!

When Kareena Kapoor Khan couldn’t help but be Herself on Koffee With Karan.

Duh?! Don’t you know how to act? Don’t worry, sending you a copy of MAIN PREM KI DIWANI HOON.

How dare you? You have no right to have an accent! #justpoothings

Just casually throwing shade on all the younger actresses. #kareenastyle

When Emraan Hashmi pretended to Know Everything about Everyone.

Because working on yourself is a sin. #witch

The Idiot’s Guide to How to call a Woman an Idiot on the National Television and get away with it.

Like seriously, nobody wanted your opinion.

When Shah Rukh Khan had some great piece of advice for all the Aamir Khan fans.

Forget about throwing shade; he threw a whole tree on Aamir. #beingkingkhan

When Sonam Kapoor was the smartest actress on the show. You know.

ACP Pradyuman is still looking for the logic behind this answer, you know what I mean?

That one day when Sanjay Leela Bhansali forgot to put his brain back in his head.

I didn’t know women are SUPPOSED to lure men. Thanks for enlightening me, sir.

Koffee with Karan has been the talk of the town since its very first season and hands down, it has been very entertaining as well. But there is a difference between being witty and being ridiculous.

Demeaning or stereotyping someone isn’t really witty but, since it is a light-hearted talk show, I guess it is fine.

Or is it? Really?
