Meghan Rose is a Rising Voice in Wellness

-

The Merriam-Webster dictionary defines the word wellness as “the quality or state of being in good health, especially as an actively sought goal.” It is a word that we have been using more commonly in the last few years. Wellness is mostly used to encourage, inspire, and motivate people to take care of themselves. Although the beginning of this movement may have been specifically targeted for the body, nowadays it also implies having a healthy mental, emotional, and spiritual state. Many people have changed their lives and sought out different paths in order to achieve wellness in every aspect of their lives.

Wellness can be reached in a multitude of ways, depending on what you are looking for. Once you are aware of what you are looking for (and the kind of work you want to do) there are professionals who can assist in achieving your wellness goals. Cue Meghan Rose walking into the Spiritual Wellness scene. As a Spiritual Advisor, Rose combines authenticity, enlightenment, and love to empower her clients to tap into their own inner healing powers.

A Wellness Journey

For Meghan Rose, it is extremely important that her clients feel they are doing the work in a safe and sacred environment. The goal of her practice as a Spiritual Advisor and Tarot Reader is to help her clients separate their traumas from the truth in order to find deep, necessary healing. One of Rose’s most important and innovative beliefs is that the ability to heal is already within each of us, we simply have to connect with our innate ability to heal ourselves.

Throughout the years, she has guided many people’s journeys into wellness. People from all walks of life reach out to her because they want to improve their overall sense of well-being and are seeking healing, answers, and peace of mind. This woman, who has become a rising voice in the wellness industry, believes in the power of four very important practices. These are the ones she believes will encourage the wellness journey and keep people motivated.

  1. Self Awareness: Rose believes “writing our intentions, facing our demons, learning about ourselves, and feeling gratitude can alter your perspective in the best possible way” – by taking time in her mentorship program, weekly classes, or 1-on-1 sessions, self-awareness is a non-negotiable.
  2. Meditation: although everyone thinks it is simply closing your eyes and forcing your mind to go blank, this Spiritual Advisor explains that meditation is about finding “a mindfulness practice of some sort where you are unplugged, slowing down, and connecting to yourself” – taking people away from the traditional route, and allowing them to find a meditation practice on hikes, while painting, or even in the act of making your morning coffee. She wants meditation to feel accessible to all.
  3. Tarot: as an Intuitive Tarot Card Reader, Rose tells her clients this practice “allows us to connect to our subconscious mind and allows us to bring consciousness to the way we are living” – she herself is gifted with mediumship, and brings forth messages of the purest and highest intention each time she reads for others, but also encourages everyone to have a Tarot deck of their own that they can connect with.
  4. Rest: resting may seem like an obvious answer, but not many of us have achieved actual rest. Rose encourages her clients–and everyone who knows her–to “take the vacation, utilize ‘Airplane Mode’ on your phone, sit down with your friends or your partner or your family, and be fully present”. Rest is the antithesis of American culture, we have exhaustion hubris that keeps us up at all hours of the day worried, sick, and stressed. As she says, “that’s no way to live, we can all achieve a life of ease, and we deserve to rest!”

Listen to the Rising Voice of Wellness

The hardships of life are not meant to be weathered alone. As we work towards achieving our goals, dealing with grief, struggling with confidence, or ultimately feeling confused on our next step – having a mentor can feel like finding the missing puzzle piece of life. Calling upon someone who can help us find peace within ourselves is not a luxury, but a true non-negotiable for a happy, successful life.

Nowadays, we might hear about many individuals who understand wellness, but no one does it like Meghan Rose. Her belief in internal healing, her experience as a Spiritual Advisor and a Tarot Reader, and her own personal journey have allowed her to become one of the most innovative, and knowledgeable, voices in the wellness industry.

If you are looking to improve your overall state of wellness- spiritually, mentally, and emotionally- Rose will know exactly how to help you find your way back to love, to healing, and to peace.
