Krishan Kumar Srivastava adds “It doesn’t matter how great or innovative your product/service is but if you can’t sell you can’t survive. The reason why most businesses fail is that they either run out of money or have ineffective marketing techniques, can’t adapt to the changing dynamics, or maybe the Board members focusing on the things that they shouldn’t”. The innovation is great & there is a requirement for the product in the market as well, at least for now. The Owner of this startup is aware that marketing their product digitally can boost their sales. So he/she learns Digital Marketing from the available resources and with their limited knowledge of this ecosystem starts their Ad Campaigns. What’s going to happen now is they might not get the desired results in the form of sales & eventually run out of budget due to their one wrong decision of doing it by themselves.
