Uorfi Javed, a social media influencer has been no stranger to controversies. The Bigg Bosss OTT participant, while getting outted in the first week itself has still managed to make a name for herself in some shape or form.
Known for her ‘daring’ and somewhat bizarre outfits and doing controversial thing that would catch the eye of the public, Uorfi Javed has often been involved in something or another online, grabbing headlines.
But it seems the recent police complaint against her to Mumbai police has finally gotten her to give back a response and call out this act against her.
Uorfi Javed’s Response To BJP Leader
Uorfi Javed, in a bunch of social media posts, called out BJP Maharashtra Mahila Morcha’s president Chitra Wagh for filing a police complaint against her and asking them to take action against her for spoiling society.
She first shared an image that Chitra herself had posted where she is posing with a copy of the complaint and captioned it as “I’m so proud of myself.” Also sharing an image of the police complaint she wrote “good job Chitra Wagh”.
She then gave a proper response to this whole issue in her Instagram stories. She wrote
“Started my new year with another police complaint from another politician! Bas Asli kaam nahi hai inn politicians k Paas (don’t these politicians have any real work)? Are these politicians, and lawyers dumb? There is literally no article in the constitution that can send me to jail. The definition of nudity and vulgarity differs from person to person.
Unless my private parts are seen, you can’t send me to jail. These people are only doing this for media attention.
I got some better ideas for you Chitra Wagh, how about doing something against human trafficking and sex trafficking in Mumbai which is still very much there. How about shutting those illegal dance Bars (which are still very much there), how about something against illegal prostitution which again exist everywhere in Mumbai.”

In another Instagram story she posted “I don’t even want a trial and all that bullsh*t, I’m ready to go to jail right now, if you disclose yours and your family assets. Tell the world how much a politician earns and from where. From time to time, multiple men have been accused of harassment, never have seen you doing anything for women, Chitra Wagh!”
Finally she ended it with a sharp retort that“All those politicians wanting to arrest me while Bilkis Bano convicts roam free and politicians are demanding my arrest. What irony, I’m a bigger threat to society than rapists? Happy new year to everyone except Chitra Wagh!”
Complaint Against Uorfi Javed
Chitra Wagh, the president of the BJP Maharashtra Mahila Morcha group had filed a formal complaint against Uorfi Javed on 1st January 2023. Posting a tweet where she was seen directly meeting Mumbai Police Commissioner Vivek Phansalkar, she registered a complaint against Javed asking the police to take action against her.
In her tweet she wrote “Met Mumbai’s honorable Commissioner of Police and also met the Joint Commissioner Law and Order and demanded immediate legal action to be taken against who roams the streets of Mumbai exhibiting a lewd and lascivious display of her body in public places.”
Chitra Wagh in her letter stated that “The actress Uorfi Javed’s display of her body on the street has become a topic of discussion on social media. No one would have imagined that the right to conduct, thought, and freedom guaranteed by the Constitution would manifest itself in such an open naked manner. The very lowly, disgusting display of the female body in the public places of Mumbai on the streets is a disgrace to Indian culture and civilization.”
Further adding that “Society has nothing to do with what the actress should do in her personal life. However, the way this actress presents her body as a public display just to get publicity is irritating.
If she wants to showcase her body, she must do it behind the four walls, but the actress may not be aware that she is feeding the perverted attitude of society with such a provoking act. The Bharatiya Janata Party Mahila Morcha demands that the actress be immediately dealt with strictly under the relevant law for the act.”
