Akhilesh Yadav EXPELLED From Samajwadi Party By His Father Mulayam : And You Thought Your Day Was Bad

-

Akhilesh Yadav, the Chief Minister of Uttar Pradesh and the son of the Samajwadi Party chief Mulayam Singh Yadav has been expelled from his own political party for a period of 6 years by his father.

In what looks to be a really shocking move just before the Uttar Pradesh elections, Mulayam Singh Yadav has also expelled Ram Gopal Yadav, who’s the cousin of Akhilesh Yadav as well as a senior party leader and the General Secretary of Samajwadi Party.

The move sent shockwaves throughout the state of UP as it was highly unexpected and add to it the public support in favor of Akhilesh Yadav, the move is a shock not just to the civilians but to the political leaders in the state, as well.

Mulayam Sungh Yadav can’t immediately decide as to who will be the next CM after his son since elections in UP are going to be announced soon but the reasons stated for sacking Akhilesh Yadav and his cousin Ram Gopal are rather alarming.

In a statement, Mulayam Singh admitted that he had expelled Akhilesh for indiscipline in the party and Ram Gopal had been expelled for his attempts to break the party.

He also said that no one (with reference to Ram Gopal) had the right to call for a national executive meet other than party Chief and by doing this, the interests of his political party were hurt.

He futher went on to say that both Akhilesh and Ram Gopal Yadav have provided no constructive contribution in building the party and are hell-bent on tarnishing its reputation.

Now although it’s a shock move, it has been taken by the party chief and there’s not much we can do about it.

But yes, thousands of Akhilesh Yadav supporters have gathered outside the party headquarters in UP and are protesting, demanding for his reinstatement in the party at the earliest.

WHY DID THIS HAPPEN? (According to Mulayam Singh Yadav) :

The issue was escalated to a pinnacle when a showcause notice was sent to Akhilesh Yadav by his father as Akhilesh had released a new list of poll candidates for the upcoming elections, thus going against the party chief and the party rules as per his father’s statement. Both the father and son had released their lists of poll candidates, with Mulayam singh expressing his disappointment as to why a parallel list was relased by is son.

Both the lists had a lot of similarities but there were also a lot of dissimilarities which led to the feud, as 187 candidates out of 235 names in the list issued by Akhilesh did match the names in his father’s list.

There have been multiple reports of an internal party feud or even a “mutiny”, with several political analysts claiming that Akhilesh Yadav may quit the party to join Congress or form his own party.

As of now, all eyes are on Akhilesh yadav as he has called for a meeting on New Year’s Day.

Will Akhilesh Yadav get the support of his party leaders? We’ll surely find out in 2 days!
