Our life is a roller-coaster of emotions. It gives us immense pleasure at one moment and tremendous misery in the next. However, we still enjoy our life through those ups and downs, as we have heard from the great scientist Elbert Einstein, “Life is like riding a bicycle. To keep your balance you must keep moving.”
The current situation has certainly bestowed us mostly with downs but the way everyone is dealing with them is commendable. There is no way to escape desolation but we can surely allay its impact on us.
When we were completely locked in our houses and the entire nation was shut to prevent the spread of the virus, we were dealt with anxiety, stress, and depression. However, we made it through the lockdown phase in our own ways, be it playing ludo, making Dalgona coffee, binge-watching, dusting off our buried talent, sleeping the worries off, or other similar activities.
In other words, we can say that we derived happiness from minuscule and weird activities whenever we felt dejected. This is how most of us sail through tough times. These activities vary from person to person and give them the amount of joy they want.
Here I am presenting a compilation of the most common silly and kiddish activities that we (teenagers or adults) are ashamed of doing but still do them anyway because they are the best stress busters.
1) Busting Bubble Wrap
2) Watching Cartoons

“If life were predictable it would cease to be life, and be without flavor.”
-Eleanor Roosevelt
Life is unpredictable, we don’t know what may happen next. So let’s ensure that we live it to the fullest even when the situations are not in our favor.
