January 17: Choosing a career isn’t something to be taken lightly. It’s a decision that can have ripple effects throughout your entire life, and it’s important to weigh all the factors before jumping into anything head first. Manas Kumar, author of the book “Redefine Your Mindset” has put together an informative guide to help you make the right decision. In this book, he looks at various methods for picking a lucrative career and how goal-prioritization techniques can help you find what you’re looking for.

Before listening to his method, let me tell you that Manas Kumar is a Public figure from Dubai who is working as an Educator in the Ministry of Education of UAE and also an influencer. He has been invited as a guest at many big events to share his knowledge and expertise.

Manas Kumar says that there are many different factors to consider while choosing a career.  What are your skills and interests?  How is the job market in your area?  What are your financial goals?

Manas Kumar also recommends doing some research on different careers. Talk to people who work in the field and get an idea of what the day-to-day is like. Once you have a better understanding of your options, you can start making decisions about what will work best for you.

Goal prioritization is a helpful tool for anyone who is trying to figure out their next steps in life. By taking the time to think about your goals and priorities, you can make sure you’re on the right track to finding a rewarding career.

There are many different ways to prioritize goals, and Manas Kumar discusses the different ways to choose an engaging career.  Some people like to set their priorities based on what will bring them the most money, while others focus on what will bring them the most happiness.

If you want to learn more and earn money, then you can set your eyes on a high-paying job but also keep in mind what and how much time your work will have to be given.

On the other hand, says Manas, if you prioritize your goals based on what will make you happy, you might go with a job that pays less but provides you with more fulfillment.  Of course, it’s important to make sure your basic needs are met before choosing a job based solely on happiness. But if you can find a balance between the two, you’ll be much better off in the long run.

Manas Kumar shared his life’s journey from the small city of Odisha to Dubai, United Arab Emirates, where he began working as a teacher in the Ministry of Education in 2019. His ability to prioritize allowed him to make the best decision at the correct time to help him reach his objective. He adopted the method himself and is now disseminating this understanding of goal planning to the rest of the world. His goal is to assist the next generation in realizing the importance of picking the ideal career at the appropriate time.
