Three young men from Virar wanted to be a part of the ‘Kiki Challenge’ and wanted to do something different. They decided to perform the Kiki challenge in a moving local train in Mumbai.
The trio uploaded the video on YouTube which crossed around 1.4mn views but sadly for them, the video was also seen by the Railway Protection Force.
Nishant Shah (20), Druv Shah (23) and Shyam Sharma (24) were arrested and have made it in history as the first arrest made involving Kiki challenge performers.
They had also previously performed the Kiki challenge with an ambulance and that is what got them on the radar of the Railway Protection Force. The investigation team tracked down the owner of the ambulance who led to the three accused.
The Punishment:
They were arrested on Wednesday and were produced in the railway court at Vasai later that day.
The railway court had ordered them to clean up Vasai railway station for three days.
The penalty also included starting a drive to make people aware of the dangers involving such stunts.

They had been arrested under sections 145 B (indecency or nuisance), 147 (entering railway premises or damaging property) 154 (endangering safety of passengers) and 156 (performing stunts) of the Indian Railway Act.
Videos of the cleanliness drive and awareness drive have to be submitted to the court and the court will later decide on the further punishment if any.
Community service is one of the favorite punishment for youths of the Mumbai region.
Previously 18 youth who were involved in a drunken brawl were ordered to clean two civic school premises for 3 months and also the Mira Road railway station.
We Were Warned:
Jumping on the road dancing doesn’t sound like a good idea but still, some of us choose to do it. Some unlucky people performing the Kiki challenge were run over or badly injured.
Not only it affected the person involved but in many scenarios, there was even damage to the state and other properties.
Police force from several states had already warned people to not take the Kiki challenge as it endangers their life as well as others.
