Startup Fortune, July 13, 2020: Kyle Klosowski came a long way from flipping pizza and wrenching on bikes, the entrepreneur started humbly with a single Mom living on disability, working his way to excel at any and all means possible. Multiple investments, growth, and sale of diverse business structures and sustainable financial freedom had Kyle wishing to share the advantages and crucial financial tips for others to get to the top without the struggle and hard lessons.
When did you realize the salary was not enough?
Tough times make tough people, I took my youth as an opportunity to grow instead of a reason for complaint. My first business Motorcycle Maniacs was fulfilling in the means of passion, but the financial aspect wouldn’t sustain the lifestyle I wanted, selling and starting Cycle World began my journey to having a self-sufficient income and freedom to build my legacy.
Are there any role models/partners that have helped you?
Yes, in fact, my first role model would be James at NYPD pizza, seeing the way he spoke to people and instantly established connection was a remarkable skill I drove myself to acquire.
How did your first business lead you to where you are today?
Motorcycle Maniacs gave me the ability to indulge and master business operations. This led me to open the largest used motorcycle store on eBay. I sold Motorcycle Maniacs a year after and opened Cycle World which is still currently in business with multiple properties. I gained the financial freedom I had been searching for.
So why Credit?
Looking back, I realize how much further I could have been and how much faster I could have achieved things if I knew how to use credit. Hindsight is 20/20. Starting Credit101 , I’m helping people and giving those who don’t think they have a chance of hope and a reason to invest in themselves. The past 9 years my team and I have been fighting for the consumer with industry-leading techniques and putting the ball back into the quarts of the dreamers and high achievers. My goal is to spread information to the financially illiterate and show them that they really do have an opportunity and an obligation to reach these goals.
