It started back in school days when we dozed off at the desk and a teacher woke us up with a sudden angry yell, followed by an instruction to wash our face.
Very naturally humans are prone to fatigue when working for long hours. This trait comes with us from school to the time when we work at an office for 10 hours a day.
Sleeping at work or experiencing extreme fatigue at work is totally normal, but the actual problem comes in when it starts to affect your work.
