A work-life balance is a state of equilibrium that allows us to focus on our personal lives as well as raise our productivity at work.

It helps you to develop a meaningful and harmonious relationship with your kith and kin.

Hence, you must not compare your work schedule with that of others and plan time accordingly. Time management is the key to success, and you must do so keeping your temperament and personality in mind.
