Born on September 6, 2008, Nishtha became aware of the various barriers that prevent children from accessing quality education, including financial struggles, outdated infrastructure, and social limitations. Determined to make a difference, she took proactive steps to address these challenges. One of her most impactful initiatives has been her work at Balika Grih, Kota, where she has helped improve learning conditions and provide necessary educational materials. In addition, she has collaborated with NGOs and local authorities to enhance government school education in Rangbari, focusing on reducing dropout rates, implementing digital learning programs, and advocating for improved school facilities. Nishtha believes that education is not just about academics but also about developing critical thinking, confidence, and leadership skills in young minds.
Nishtha’s commitment to social change extends beyond education. As the Junior JC President of JCI Kota Surbhi and JCI Kota Kings, she has led multiple initiatives aimed at community welfare. Her projects have focused on hygiene awareness campaigns, conducting workshops in schools and rural areas to promote the importance of sanitation, menstrual hygiene, and clean drinking water. She has organized tree-planting programs, clean-up campaigns, and awareness drives to encourage sustainable living, along with skill development programs introducing basic digital literacy, communication skills, and vocational training for students to help them prepare for future job opportunities. Nishtha has also promoted mental well-being among students by addressing issues like stress, peer pressure, and the importance of work-life balance. Beyond her leadership and activism, Nishtha excels in several other fields. She is a diploma holder in Kathak dance, an NCC cadet, and a passionate learner. She has a keen interest in technology and is currently learning Java and C++, alongside pursuing a full-stack software development course. Her goal is to integrate technology with education to make learning more accessible and engaging for students across different regions. In addition to academics, she enjoys singing, sketching, swimming, and cooking, showcasing her well-rounded personality. She is also learning French, further expanding her linguistic skills.
