UNIZ Technology LLC, the San Diego based LCD stereolithography leader has announced its long term plan in the consumer market by unveiling a new product line, including IBEE, a desktop 3D printer sets a new standard for consumer 3D printers.

The IBEE, the machine that reflects UNIZ’s  strategy in the consumer sector of the 3D printing industry, it’s specially designed to meet the key demands of most individual users. The machine is built on the 4th generation of SLA, which is a completely new approach to the LCD-SLA technology to utilize its power together with a collimated light source. The 4th SLA is capable of delivering up to 1000:1 contrast ratio, which is the most critical spec in terms of SLA technology. The result is a superb minimum feature size of 0.2 millimeters, a super smooth surface, and astonishing details. UNIZ is bringing the highest accuracy to the consumer level for the first time.

The IBEE features a super economical vat. The films can be easily changed by the users themselves in minutes.

Meanwhile, UNIZ launches a new high-performance resin, zMUD, delivers a matte finish, and excellent detailing.

The event also unveils UNIZ’s new large-format industrial 3D printer, UBEE, which will meet the needs of industrial-scale production.

The consumer 3D model shop UNIZ Cloud is launching by the end of the year. The model shop allows users to manage the printer remotely, upload, and share models with the UNIZ 3D printing community.

Houmin Li, the founder and CEO of UNIZ, said that UNIZ’s strategy in the consumer sector of the 3D printing industry this year is closely related to the crisis and opportunity in the 3D printing market under the global epidemic.

“Within 24 hours, one UNIZ printer is capable of making roughly thirty ventilator valves, one hundred facial masks, and fifteen thousand test swabs. The only thing regretful is that if there are more of our printers deployed, we could have saved more lives.”  Houmin Li said at the event. “In UNIZ’s future vision, the 3D printing industry will finally reach the ultimate decentralized production where anybody can make anything anytime.”

The IBEE begins shipping by January 2021 from 449.99 USD.
