There has been much awareness about the LGBTQ+ community recently and for good reasons. If you were not to live under a rock, you must already be knowing that June is officially celebrated as the Pride month worldwide.
Several artists, celebrities, public figures, etc. are using their social media handles to educate people on LGBTQ+ rights and are welcoming the community with open hands.
People are celebrating the Pride month with rainbow-colored selfies and various photo editing apps have also come out with an exclusive Pride filter to spread the movement.

However, one should understand that the pride month is more than a mere celebration. It’s a revolution that is changing history and is disrupting patriarchy with love.
The parade that started as a riot has now changed into a movement of love and is picking up momentum.

We are happy to see that the world is becoming more tolerant and acceptable about the LGBTQ+ community. But attaining gender equality is still a long way to go.
With slogans like, “Love is love”, “Love is gender-neutral”, etc, people are making the pride movement as a symbol of love that knows no biology and it can be said that the change is near!
