Practice makes a man perfect is a proverb which tells us the importance of continuous practice in any subject to learn anything. There is no alternate to the hard work and success. We must have to practice in the particular field on regular basis in which we want to succeed. Nobody can perform well in his field if he does not practice on regular basis. Only continuous practice, a man can achieve his target and succeed in his particular field. Knowledge is a big thing but if practice is not done, knowledge cannot take us to our goal. Likewise, Noel Mikaelian formerly known as Noel Gevor is a professional Boxer from Germany with Armenian heritage believes that We have to convert our knowledge into action which needs a regular practice.  

If we are not practicing in our field, we cannot master in it. We need continuous practice so we can learn anything we want in the world. Therefore, practice is the most important thing. Action performed with proper planning and regular practice leads a person towards perfect performance. Practice is the best habit and if we develop it from the childhood with the help of our parents and teachers, we would never at the back end. Apart from his moral ethic Mr. Noel has strived to competes as an elite fighter in the cruiserweight division and is a former WBO junior world champion and an WBO international champion. he is currently the Nr 1 boxer in Germany and ranked top ten in the world with a record of 25 wins with just 2 losses 

both losses where very controversial decisions thus he is considered undefeated yet. he had never loosed hope and have worked on his fate each time and have found himself at a better level each time. Not only this but also, He also participated in the world boxing super series and fought for the prestigious WBC Diamond World title against current world champion Mairis Briedis. Although The vast majority including media and press such as ESPN and DAZN commentators saw Mikaelian dominating and winning the fight clearly. The judges gave the fight to the Latvian. The fight was called the biggest robbery in 2018.if we talk today, Mr. Noel Mikaelian lives and trains currently in Miami Beach at the world-famous 5th street gym with his coaches Dino Spencer and Tom Tsatas. He’s preparing for a comeback fight for the WBC international title. And we wish all the luck for him.
