Alchemy DeFi Launches a New Generation Trading Platform Based on Payment Ecosystem

Alchemy DeFi Platform launch: a new decentralized, trustworthy asset trading platform connected to global digital wallets.

On August 17th, at the 2020 Global Blockchain Eco-Conference held in Shanghai and hosted by Alchemy Pay (“Alchemy”), and the Alchemy DeFi platform was officially launched.

Alchemy Co-Founder, Shawn Shi, described Alchemy’s payment solutions a decentralized and adaptable system that is compatible with all mainstream and digital wallets.  

Mr. Shawn further noted that beyond enabling cryptocurrency payments around the world, Alchemy payment system is building a bridge between traditional and modern payment methods to co-exist harmoniously. Today, Alchemy operates in 18 countries and regions and has signed more than 2 million merchants – with more than 3,000 merchants already transacting with Alchemy’s solutions. Alchemy has global strategic partnerships with industry giants such as Shopify, Arcadier, QFPay, Binance, Cobo, and Celestial Asia.

During the launch ceremony, Shawn elaborated that all global wallets can be connected and provide traffic to the Alchemy’s payment system – where the DeFi platform will be available. This traffic can then access services on Alchemy’s DeFi platform, including various decentralized applications (dApps), Decentralized Exchanges (DEX), crypto swapping services and other decentralized financial services. Through Alchemy’s licensed businesses, Alchemy will be able to provide DeFi projects, DEX and Centralized Exchanges (CEX) with payment channels, including stablecoin acceptance through partnership with the stablecoin issuers. 

At the same time, Alchemy DeFi platform collaborates with regulatory bodies, top certification agencies and asset token issuers to ensure only trusted assets are available – preventing abuse and fraud on the platform. These measures further improves trading liquidity on the decentralized asset trading platform.
