The millennial generation has been defined as entitled, impatient, and result-oriented. While questions have been raised about their ethical standards, one must also keep in mind that corporate ethics have evolved over the years.

Today, the millennial generation is the largest generation in the workforce worldwide. They are no longer the ‘newbies’ of the corporate world.

It may be argued that millennials falter in situations that did not even exist for the previous generation.

Often, they are blamed for being unable to observe corporate ethics. Use of social media in the workplace or use of company property for personal reasons are some of the habits of the working millennials.
