Nathan Roliczek has been a bodybuilder on the rise since July 2016. Nate started out with Tae Kwon Do when he was 9 years old. Nathan held the title of doing the most pushups in his Tae Kwon Don class. Working out 5-6 days a week Nathan stays consistent in the gym, as well as working on new YouTube instructional workout videos. Leading by example Nathan wakes up early, he plans to inspire the world to be in good shape both physically and mentally. Understanding the importance of exercising and eating right while sticking to a schedule, Nathan has bulked up in 4 years of hard work, perseverance and dedication.
