I remember spending each of my vacations with at least one road trip from Sivasagar, my hometown to Guwahati, Assam, and back.
With a distance of 363 km, this is not a trip that is too well-known. Yet with the north-east gradually coming to the main picture for its nascent naturalness, one might as well add Sivasagar-Guwahati to the list.
Traveling across one of the rainiest regions of the country, you are most likely to come across some light showers at the very least while on your way. Isn’t that a refreshing one to have?
