Akupaad Marketing Pvt. Ltd. (AMPL), a Raebareli-based solar EPC company led by founder Mr. Sachin Srivastva, has reported significant profitability growth following its strategic partnership with Dr. Vivek Bindra and Bada Business Private Limited. Through financial restructuring, operational improvements, and strategic business alignment, the company has achieved more than 350% growth in profit after tax (PAT) while simultaneously expanding its operational scale across Uttar Pradesh.
AMPL operates in the renewable energy sector and provides solar installation solutions for residential and commercial customers. Over the last 15 years, the company has established itself as a growing player in the solar industry by delivering energy-efficient systems designed to reduce electricity costs and support sustainable energy adoption.
Before entering into partnership with Bada Business Private Limited, AMPL was facing multiple challenges that impacted profitability and long-term scalability.
The company operated from a single branch in Raebareli and maintained a monthly installation capacity of around 100 sites. Although market demand for solar installations was increasing, the company’s financial structure created significant operational limitations.
One of the major concerns was the company’s annual EMI burden of approximately ₹5 crore. The high finance costs affected cash flow management and restricted the company’s ability to reinvest into expansion, technology adoption, and operational development. Additionally, the business lacked a structured operational framework capable of supporting rapid scale.
Following the partnership with Dr. Vivek Bindra and Bada Business Private Limited, AMPL implemented a comprehensive transformation strategy focused on improving financial health and creating a scalable growth model.
A key step in this process was debt restructuring. Through strategic financial planning and restructuring support, the company successfully reduced its annual EMI burden from ₹5 crore to ₹2 crore. This resulted in a reduction of finance costs by more than 60% annually, significantly improving the company’s liquidity and profitability.
The improved financial position enabled AMPL to reinvest resources into operational growth, branch expansion, and execution capabilities. Simultaneously, the company restructured its business model and repositioned itself from a traditional EPC contractor into a technology-driven solar platform designed for long-term scalability.
Bada Business Private Limited also guided the company in implementing process-driven systems and digitized operational workflows. These changes improved execution efficiency, project tracking, customer transparency, and overall operational productivity while reducing dependency on manual processes.
The impact of these interventions became visible across both operational and financial metrics. AMPL increased its monthly installation run-rate from 100 sites to nearly 500 sites per month, representing a fivefold increase in execution capacity. The company also expanded geographically from one branch in Raebareli to six branches across Uttar Pradesh, including Lucknow, Kanpur, Sitapur, Shahjahanpur, and Bahraich.
Financially, AMPL recorded revenue growth of 340% while profit after tax (PAT) grew by more than 350%. The company now expects projected revenue growth of over 800% during the next two years as it continues to scale operations and strengthen its presence in the renewable energy market.
In addition to operational and financial restructuring, Bada Business Private Limited also supported AMPL in strengthening its investment narrative and preparing for future institutional opportunities. The company aligned its business roadmap with government renewable energy initiatives and the National Solar Mission to leverage policy support and industry momentum more effectively.
Speaking about the company’s growth journey, Mr. Sachin Srivastva said, “Our partnership with Bada Business Private Limited has helped us create a far stronger financial and operational foundation.
By reducing our finance burden and improving operational efficiency, we have been able to focus on sustainable profitability and long-term expansion. The PAT growth we are seeing today reflects the transformation in the overall business structure.”
AMPL’s transformation demonstrates how strategic financial restructuring and operational alignment can unlock profitability and scale for emerging businesses. From operating under financial pressure to building a scalable and profitable solar platform, the company’s journey reflects the impact of strategic mentorship under Dr. Vivek Bindra and Bada Business Private Limited.
