Mumbai (Maharashtra) [India], July 4: Exciting developments are unfolding in India’s OTT space. Rising platform Hotflix has announced its upcoming web series, featuring actor and casting director Abhiishek Mohta and popular OTT actress Aditi Kohli in lead roles.
The romantic drama is set to begin filming on June 25, 2025, in Mumbai.
Aditi Kohli, known for her bold and emotionally nuanced performances on platforms like Ullu and ALT Balaji, has become a familiar face among digital audiences.
With several acclaimed roles to her credit, she continues to be a prominent force in the OTT world.
Abhiishek Mohta, who is not only acting in the series but also ranks among the Top 10 casting directors in the Indian television industry, brings dual expertise to the project.
He is the founder of Mohta Media Co. and has previously worked on shows such as Shrimad Bhagwat Mahapuran (Colors TV), Crime Patrol 2.0, and music videos including Tu Hai Wahi and Pyar Mein Tere Dooba Raha, among others.
Mohta was recently seen alongside popular Actress, Ahsaas Channa for Jio Cinema’s “And You” (short film).
In a significant career development, Mohta has been appointed as the in-house casting director for Radhika G Productions, the banner behind the film “Hamare Baarah.”
His addition is expected to bring fresh and strategic casting direction to their upcoming content slate.
Currently, Mohta has been assigned three upcoming Bollywood films under Radhika G Productions. The film titles are:
- “Kann Kann Mein Ram”
- “Barah Se Teen”
- “Kalka”
Alongside his acting and new appointment, Mohta is also handling casting for upcoming web series on Jalwa OTT and Kuku TV, further expanding his presence across digital platforms.
