February 17: Mr. Karthik Naidu, like the rest of the group, was stranded at home. He had two choices: watch all of the movies and TV shows available on Netflix, Amazon Prime, and other OTT platforms, or take a chance and start his own business. He chose the second option. Starting a business from home with only the internet, a laptop, and himself seemed risky, but his sixteen-hour workday backed him up.
After hours of research, he started his new firm, ‘Business Coaching.’
However, he was instantly challenged with the following question: Karthik, why business coaching?
He stated that challenges are unavoidable in business and that he, like 90 per cent of small and medium-sized businesses, has encountered them. Karthik is known for his troubleshooting approach, and he likes the process of solving complex issues and coming up with simple solutions.
Multiple situations happened in various regions during the lockdown, and he decided that this would be the ideal time to aid small businesses, particularly those who needed the greatest help.
As a result, he used a technique known as “business automation” to bundle all of his expertise about the beginning and growing of a business.
