Sangeeta Amladi reiterates the difference between disease & Natural healing process!

From time immemorial, health has been a major concern for human beings and we have mostly been focussing on  disease & various therapeutic options available  to cure them and  in this process the most important relation between the physical problems and our food intake has been side-lined.

Sangeeta Amladi explains with an example of cold and diarrhoea that, both these are actually cleansing processes which come to dis-undertaken by our own Life Force, which works every second inside the body and it also strives hard to help us breathe, digest the food and excrete the extra or unnecessary food, liquids, etc.

In its due course, it tries to remove the phlegm (cough), undigested food, and extra fluid matters.Hence, cold in which phlegm comes up, has to be thrown out. It is considered a part of the cleansing process of the Life Force which also pumps our heart faithfully till we are alive! In the same manner, it removes rather forcefully, the undigested food which we call diarrhoea.

Interestingly, before it decides to remove the phlegm it gives us indication in the form of making us sneeze. Now let us wait a minute and ask ourselves, ‘could we sneeze on our own? Could we cough on our own?’ asks Sangeeta Amladi.

Then what makes us sneeze and cough? If we apply the same logic to diarrhoea, the Life Force gives us enough indication of what you have put in your stomach could not be digested, hence needs to be thrown out. This same logic is applicable to boils, itching, which are related to the skin.

However, in general parlance, each of these and many more are considered as diseases by many therapeutic theories across the world.

Moreover,  in course of time, we have zeroed the importance of food intake & its direct relation to our physical health, explains Sangeeta Amladi.

Medical science has conveniently classified common cold, cough and fever, which is related to the aforementioned examples, into symptoms of a particular disease. But it hasn’t given it a thought from a viewpoint, that  such  symptoms could be a part of the body’s cleansing process. Sangeeta Amladi concludes that a fever, instead of considering it as a symptom, is being construed as the body’s fighting mechanism, which is being activated to fight against a particular alien particle/bacteria.  In other words it is a defence mode of the body being activated.
