Ekonomiska ’18- the Annual Economics Fest of Maitreyi College, University of Delhi is back with a bang. With a plethora of events to choose from, there is an event for everyone.
The festival will be hosted on college premises on 13th of March 2018. The event roster this year includes:
Theoria- Paper Presentation
Theoria gives you the perfect platform to share your ideas, logic, research, and analyses. This one is sure to test your research and analytical skills as well as give you exposure to the best in field.

Dalal Street
Love to gamble, predict and win? If so then this is a challenge for you! The Economics Department invites you to compete in “The Dalal Street” presented and organised by the Bombay Stock Exchange Institute Ltd at Ekonomiska 2018.

Ecologue
“Your voice is your strength, exploit it!” Ecologue is a conventional debate offering you a platform to voice your opinion. Motions will be declared a week before the event.

Imagine how much more enjoyable Economics would be with a pinch of cinema. Well, you don’t need to imagine any longer because in this event participants will be shown movie clips with a hidden reference to economics and you must decipher the true meaning.
