Breakfast Babble: ED’s own little space on the interwebs where we gather to discuss ideas and get pumped up for the day. We judge things too. Sometimes. Always. Whatever, call it catharsis and join in people.
God is believed to be a supernatural force that controls everything in our lives. It is the creator of the universe and the one who created all life forms existing on earth.
It is believed to be a spiritual identity that is worshipped by humans who have faith in its power to fulfill all their wishes and remove all the worries from their lives.
God And Its Identity
God’s presence and its identity has been a matter of debate for a long time. Many monotheist religions believe in the supremacy of ‘one God’ while polytheists believe in the existence of multiple Gods with different incarnations.
Different religions showcase different stories of God’s origin across the world and a variety of religious beliefs surround them.

God, the creator of the universe, is called ‘Allah’ in Islam, ‘Jesus’ in Christianity, Ahura Mazda in Zoroastrianism, while it is termed as ‘Brahma’ in Hinduism. Hindus worship various other Gods and Goddesses like Vishnu, Shiva, Rama, Saraswati, Laxmi, Durga etc. who have further incarnations or avatars following a vicious cycle of rebirths.
So, what is the truth behind the existence of God? Is he/she a singular identity? Which religious God created the universe? Which God is real? Whose religious belief is true, who’s not?
Well, nobody knows. Nobody knows because nobody has actually seen God in real life.
Human’s Faith In God
People revere God as a sacred identity and fight to preserve its respect and pride. Their strong belief keeps them bound to the divine force and they safeguard it at any cost.
Human’s faith in its supreme leader or God makes him conquer battles, follow ethics or principles, live with optimism and even fight with others to protect the dignity of his saviour!
The belief of somebody being out there who monitors us every moment and has the power to control everything, influences us to become a ‘good human being’.
And sometimes humankind contradicts itself by resorting to bloodshed and spreading tyranny.
Thus, whoever the ‘God’ is, it has the ultimate power to make humans cross limits, conquer the world and most importantly believe in a reason to live life without the fear of evil.
